Below we have answered common questions you may have.

Frequently Asked Questions

When should I send my Save the Date cards?
We recommend you send your Save the Date cards around 12 to 18 months before your wedding. 

When should I send my Wedding Invitations?
We recommend you send invites out around 4 to 6 months before your wedding.  Allow extra time if your wedding is on a bank holiday, during festive or holiday seasons.

 

How many wedding invitations should I order?
You will need to order one invitation per couple/family. You can order extras as and when they are required.

Can I choose my wording for my wedding invitations?
Yes.  Your invitation can be worded as you wish, please see our Wording Sample page for help.  We can also print in different languages.

When should the Rsvp date be?

We recommend 4 to 6 weeks before the event, allowing you to chase up guests who have not yet responded.

What details do I need on my Order of Service?
Your order of service should include entrance music, hymns, prayers and the marriage.  Your vicar/priest or minister will guide you to which details need to be included.

Do I need an Order of Service for a Civil Wedding?

No, however you may choose to have an Order of Day, which can include the ceremony and the run of the day.

Ordering a Sample and Placing an Order

you will receive a NON PERSONALISED invitation sample ONLY.  Dispatched normally within a 3-5 days by 2nd Class Royal Mail.  If ordering from the ROI, please contact us to purchase a sample.

♥ Placing an Order ♥

PLEASE NOTE: Minimum order of 15 applies. Other matching stationery items sold in minimum of 10 items.

To place a stationery order please email us on info@sposiniweddings.com with the with the items you wish to order and the amounts.  We will then ask you for the following:

Your full names and address

Telephone Number (optional).

Wording for the invitation and other matching stationery required.

 

If you need any help please feel free to ask.

You will then be sent a PDF proof to you email address for approval within 2-3 working days following receipt of your information.  You will need to email back your approval of the proof or any changes requires (a re-proof will be sent in this case).  Once approved, we will process your order within 10-14 days. Shipping is 2-5 days depending on location by courier. (postal upgrade available if requested

If time is tight, let us know - if it is possible for us to speed things up, we will.

• Invitation orders, shipping in the UK ONLY by Courier (SIGNED FOR)
• Shipping to the ROI is subject to P&P charges
